SVP Omni Channel Journey Execution Director, Huntington National Bank
As Senior Vice President Omni Channel Journey Execution Director, I see first hand how consumers navigate across digital and non digital mediums to interact with companies. While keeping pace in a rapidly evolving digital world can be challenging, it’s what makes me come back for more each day. I love being right in the middle of the action, problem solving and innovating, with a fun, smart team.
I grew up playing sports, so I learned from a young age that a collaborative and accountable environment is what makes a team thrive. That’s true in business too—the spirit of teamwork drives us forward and at Huntington I am lucky to be working with a group of people who are collectively committed to the teams success.
Day to day you can find me focused on answering these key questions:
• What can we do to make our customers’ lives easier?
• What tools can we supply that make our products more accessible?
• How can we serve our customers quickly and efficiently?
When I’m not at Huntington, you can find me in the kitchen. I love hosting dinner parties with great food and great friends—there’s nothing quite as special as sharing a meal with company.

Agile Delivery Leader - Business Agility and Leadership Consultant, Eliassen Group
Mark is a technology minded business guy who has been rummaging through the highlights and low lights of Fortune 500 and Start Ups for the better part of a decade — And loves it!
In his constant search for the catalysts of agility Mark has searched high and low for dance partners whose love of mission and competition fuels their desire to win. While on his mission Mark has gravitated towards solving business problems first rather than solving systems, letting the later emerge as a by-product of the challenge. It’s in the flowing dynamics between freedom and dependency where growth takes place. Mark believes everyone’s job, regardless of title and position, is to grow leaders, individuals and organizations who aren’t afraid to ride that lightning — and compete like no one else.
